Rental Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to Elgreco Apartments. These terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to all guests (“you” or “your”) booking and staying at our property. By making a reservation and staying at our property, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

2. Booking and Payment

A booking is confirmed when the 20% payment is received and you receive a booking confirmation from us. The confirmation will be sent via email.

Payment and repayment have been made in advance. For any extension of the lease, there will be prior direct consultation and approval by the lessor company as well as payment of the price for the additional time.

2.2. Payment Terms

• 20% payment is required at the time of booking. This percentage is not refundable.
• Guests can cancel 14 or more days prior to arrival, and the 80% will not be charged.
• The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if cancelled within 14 days before arrival.
• The guest will be charged the total price of reservation if the reservation is made 14 days or less prior to check in.

Payments can be made via Stripe with card.

3. Cancellation and Refunds

3.1. Cancellation Policy

- If you cancel more than 14 days before the check-in date, you will receive 80% refund.

- If you cancel less than 14 days before the check-in date, no refund will be issued.

3.2. Early Departure

No refunds will be issued for early departures.

4. Check-In and Check-Out

4.1. Check-In

Check-in time is 15:00 on the day of arrival. Early check-in may be possible upon request and is subject to availability.

4.2. Check-Out

Check-out time is 10:00 AM on the day of departure. Late check-out may result in additional charges unless previously agreed upon.

5. House Rules

5.1. General Conduct

Guests must behave in a respectful manner, maintaining peace and quiet, and respecting the neighbors and property. Quiet times are 23:00-07:00hrs and 15:00-17:30hrs.

5.2. No Smoking

Smoking is not allowed inside the property. A penalty of 150 euro will be charged for smoking inside the property.

5.3. No Pets Allowed

5.4. No parties or events allowed.

5.5. Maximum Occupancy

The maximum number of guests is written on each apartment page. Exceeding this limit without permission may result in immediate termination of the rental agreement without refund.

5.6. Maintenance and Damage

Guests must keep the property in good condition and immediately notify us of any damages or maintenance issues. Any damage caused by the guest will be charged additionally.

5.7. Removal of the key or the magnetic card from the key ring has a penalty of 100 euro.

5.8. Do not throw trash or paper in toilet.

5.9. No unregistered guests allowed.

5.10. Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms.

5.11. Please turn off air-condition, ceiling roof fans, electrical devices and lights when you leave the apartment and take off the plastic card for electricity from the case when you leave the apartment

5.12. Please respect check-in and check-out times.

5.13. Please take care of the furnishings. You have to pay for damages.

5.14 Please don’t rearrange the furniture.

5.15 Please do your dishes.

5.16 Please take the garbage out on departure.

5.17 No illegal substances allowed on the premises.

6. Safety and Security

6.1. Personal Belongings

We are not responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings. Guests should ensure their valuables are secured at all times.

6.2. Property Access

Guests must ensure that all doors and windows are locked when leaving the property.

7. Liability

We are not liable for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur on the premises. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises.
